I want to purchase seats for my team. Will there be other people from my company on my team?
We are eager to work with employer clients who want to reward, recognize or develop their high performing top talent. Part of gaining perspective is being able to interact with high performers in other industries and geographies, and thus we do not currently have plans to do a one-company Exos Perform solution to deliver the best impact with your employees.
I purchased seats for my team and need to change who is participating. How do I do that?
Please contact email@example.com 48 hours prior to the registration close date to have the participating employees added to our eligible database. We cannot guarantee any changes beyond that registration close date. After that deadline, we can add your employees to the next available program start date.
Do you offer refunds?
We do offer refunds prior to the beginning of our documented registration period outlined in the email post-purchase. Once registration begins, so does team curation and all spots are accounted for. If someone who is registered cannot attend due to extreme circumstances, we can defer their reserved spot to a later program start date in the same calendar year.
